We ordered five expensive, solid interior doors from Home Depot. When we received the doors six weeks later, we found that one was incorrectly made due to Masonite's error.
After several delays, two months later we finally got the replacement door. Another problem...a damaged door! Masonite is in process of ordering another door, but no ETA. I called Masonite but got the run-around from their Customer Service to the Warranty department.
Masonite's poor quality assurance along with their customer service is inexcusable.
I will not do business with Masonite again. I'm sure there are superior door company businesses that know how to quickly correct their mistakes and treat their customer right.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of providing a replacement door in a timely manner. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of masonite door and associated monetary loss in the amount of $600. Masonite needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
