Purchased seven interior doors for my home. Took three returns and orders for Masonite to get them right in the first place, so my home was torn apart for over three months with the 30 day wait to manufacture, 28 day wait to manufacture, 30 day wait to manufacture.

Now one door has split. Submitted a claim. On January 18th I received an email, after complaining about the length of time for a reply, saying they will contact me no more than three business days. Today is January 26th.

A total of eight days, SIX business days. No return email, no call, no nothing. Called the warranty center phone number this morning and had to leave a voicemail. The below picture is the split door within two months of installation.

Claim to have been in business for over 80 years.

Something must have changed. If I did business like this, I would be out of business.
