In short, the lack of skilled material handling, customer care, poor quality manufacturing, and complete environment of indigence has now ensured the loss of at least some of their major corporate contracts by the end of 2015. At least, in this facility.

Considering that this used to be a conscientious, diligently operated and,"family-owned" company, this again proves how broken the corporate structrue is these days.

Apparently, the chasm that exists between the administrative emplyoee and the overwhelming majority of non-English speaking laborers is too large to bridge at this point. There seems to be a lack of knowlegeable and experienced leaders on the assembly floor. As a result, build quality suffers without proper guidence because the office dosen't want craftsmanship- they want numbers.. In fact, they don't seem to have anyone left in middle management that knows what they're doing or with real-world hands-on experience.

Their opportunity has past.

I hope you enjoy the exorbitant corporate perks while the money's flowing boys! Tick-tock.....
